Brownie Batter

When you want brownies for breakfast without the sugar crash. The rich cocoa and chocolate chips make this intensely chocolatey. Perfect for satisfying intense chocolate cravings, post-workout when you need to replenish glycogen, or as a special weekend breakfast treat.

Method

  1. Mix cocoa powder thoroughly into your DIY Oats base until it's uniformly chocolate.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  3. The key is using good quality cocoa powder - it makes all the difference.
  4. The mixture will thicken overnight into a fudgy, brownie batter-like consistency.
  5. Add a splash more milk if it gets too thick.
